pumpkin crunch.

this recipe is delish and easy peasy.
not sure where it came from... sorry
but i imagine i modified a taste of home :)

try it. you will love it.
its the perfect kickoff to fall

pumpkin crunch
mix together:

1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups pumpkin pie filling (i just throw in 2 - 15oz. cans... well because it's good)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice*

(*if ya don't have this just shake together: 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ground ginger and 1/4 ground cloves... it makes a little more than you need)

once all 5 of these first ingredients are mixed together pour that into a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

next sprinkle 1 box dry yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture

melt 3/4 cups butter and drizzle over cake mix

sprinkle chopped pecans over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
must serve hot with ice cream and coolwhip!

ta-da! yay fall.
