look out peeps... the photos you are about to see are so profesh they will knock your socks right off.
ta-da... not impressed? ha.
sometimes the quick snapshots of life show the memories made none-the-less!

(look at that... everyone is actually looking at the camera - miracle!)
a fabulous week of christmas celebrations included all kinds of shenanigans. 7, yes 7 family christmas parties total... well including just us. luckily ... and this is a first ... it worked for one per day to savor in the excitement for as long as possible. family rocks!

at our family christmas my dad made and gave these wooden fences/corrals to my nephews... aren't they awesome?!? i added vinyl lettering making the circle t ranch for titus and the z bar ranch for zethan. i think they turned out so ridiculously cute. this little guy could play for hours.
the big boys got big power tools... thats what they like. my mom gave the girls crystal pitchers engraved with our last names (for all 4 of her daughters) and wrote and printed an entire book dedicated to her girls on hospitality, family, love, etc etc ... it was an awesome surprise and such a precious gift! we will treasure it forever!
the mission our family picked this year was for my uncle stan as he returns to the congo in a few weeks to help dig water lines for fresh water in the villages! we are thrilled to be a part of the Lord's work there and glad our money can all go to a wonderful cause. wish we could go for a visit!
all of g's family made it home and a relaxing day was had by all... filled with games, gifts and gingerbread house making. they know me so well... i was thrilled to get a few giftcards now burning a hole in my pocket, a new cookbook and a kitchenaide bowl scraper attachment!
and of course my hubby and i got to date and shop and shop and date and see movies and i hardly cooked... i love christmas break!
makes me really really miss getting a month off in college :)

of course g spoiled me with gifts too. let's just say our bed is toasty warm with a new duvet, i have a shiny little box from blue nile and we wont go hungry with all the new meals i will be cooking up in my new pot! i tried to spoil him too with an xbox... but that seems to be taking up chunks of our time, ha.
so blessed beyond measure by our Savior's love, and that of family and friends!
and now the christmas is down and its time to move on to wedding excitement ahead!!
